Did You Know that Sharks are the most active….
….at dusk, at dawn, and at night when they are generally hunting for food? Sharks can eat at any time of day when they find prey but people in the water at these times are more at risk to be bitten or attacked. One explanation is that in low visibility, sharks may confuse a human for its natural prey while hunting.
You can reduce your risk of shark encounters by staying out of the water at these times of day.
